The old AllTalk Manager has been folded into the Simple Plugins project.
This so far is the only plugin that does not require the core to function.

! Fixed non-attack/defend maps not calling setup_period_end event. This effectively means you can now have alltalk on during the setup round and not have it break if there is no setup round. (TF2 only)
Admins can now use the supplied config file to hook any event they want to change the alltalk setting.

So do these plugins, especially this one ( i would like it ), work in orange box?
When I get time i may try installing this on my server. I have a Counter-Strike: Source Clan and we have a CS:S Server too... More in the near future.
Anyways.. All the other post comments are spam, but I'm hoping somebody checks this site. I'd like to contribute to this site, the plugins, and the community; it'd be nice to see some responses here though. Please post and encourage the upkeep of counter-strike's server community and the gaming community in general.
